Decisions for magazine

Since I have started to create my cover and contents page,  I have decided to change from my earlier ideas of making my magazine a monthly edition.
After looking at the more successful music magazines - NME and Kerrang!,  (they are both weekly magazines) I have thought that it might be best to make my magazine weekly. I think that weekly magazines are very successful and because they are more regular, the cost of them can be lower.  Originally I had planned to have a monthly magazine but still keep the price around the same as a weekly, however I have decided that this would be unrealistic for the magazine to make a decent profit. So, as I want my magazine to be around £2.50 in price, because the 16-25 age range will not be able to spend £3.50-£4 in one go, I have decided to change my magazine to weekly.
